My experience was pretty good but after reading so many bad reviews I wouldn’t try my luck again. I ordered some boots Dec. 28 and received them Jan. 11. Not what their website says but I rarely get stressed with shipping unless it becomes a ridiculous wait, like over a month without any updates. It was shipped through DHL who has yet to fail me so far and everything about the order and item themselves is perfect. I wouldn’t order from them again over fear of having much worse experience with a much more expensive item. Love my boots but this will be my only and last purchase from Cettire.
