I give the company 3-star based on my recent experience of purchasing a sneaker from them. The processing and shipping take a little bit long, almost 2 weeks between placing the order and receiving the item (I'm in the US). The item was received in the good condition, no complaint about it. The prices was better than other places. The reason I give only 3-star because of the return policies. If you return an item, the item should be received by them with 14 days after you received the item. Knowing that they are located in Italy, a shipping from my place (US) to Italy could take a couple days. So, your window for returning an item is very short (just a couple of days after receiving it), and there is no guarantee that the item will received by them within the 14-day period. I will think twice now before ordering from them due to this return policy.
