PLEASE PLEASE Please for your own sake DO NOT order from this website. Like all other people are saying in the reviews, the return process is genuinely terrible. Not only do they charge you extra $25 for returns, but also they try all kinds of ways to tell you that there is something wrong with the return. I returned the $300+ product exactly like I got it. I didn't wash it nor remove anything. After I print our the return label and had he package collected, I had to wait a a whole week before I even heard back from them. Noted, I haven't received any refund at this time. I was told towards the end of the second week that "I have removed the original brand tag. " I placed an order on March 4th and submitted a return on March 8th. Then the package is picked up on March 11th. And I waited for 10 days and didn't hear back or got any return updates. When I sent an email to ask about the process, I was told that they suspected me removing the tag when I did not do anything but return the product as it came. It has been almost a month, and I have not yet received my refund. Bear in mind that I have been constantly reaching out to the company and did not remove the tag and they are using it for the excuse to not refund me. There are so many better options to shop, Farfetch, Net-a-porter, moda, ssense, and all of these websites have seasonal sales. I genuinely do not want any more people get scammed.

This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Shipping, customer service, you name it it’s all a nightmare. I would not recommend anyone to shop with them unless you like losing money and waiting MONTHS to receive things.

I ordered this item because the company website states all orders will reach customers in 3-7 days unless there is a delay after shipped. I needed this item by 3/29 & was assured it would be here. It has been 6 days & Cettire has not shipped the item & has stopped responding to me. I have asked to cancel the order many times with no response. I do not need or want this item after 3/29. Please help me cancel this. This company is a scam!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. their website does not accurately reflect inventory, so they will say products are in stock online, when they are not actually in stock. then it will take them over a week to let you know your order can't be completed, with attitude from customer service reps.

This company absolutely sucks. Their sizes are not correct. They charge you outrageous amounts for shipping and returns and their customer service is horrible. Don’t waste your money on them.

Awful experience, same as majority here. Bought a pair of YSL espadrilles, arrived and they were faulty - literally the tongue was not attached to the rest of the shoe! Sen them back after an awful customer service experience and FINALLY sent a replacement, just in time for my Europre holiday. Took them to Europe and the 3rd time I wore the shoes - literally, the entire toe split open on the right hand shoe. Took to a cobblers to fix and they showed my how the shoes were faulty and, in their opinion (I was in France after all) YSL would NEVER let this shoe through quality control, at best it would be a seconds, but he felt they'd throw it away. Save $100 off $550 shoes and ended up with worthless shoes, wish I'd just paid RRP from YSL to be honest. Awful site and dreadful, fake/knock off products and no quality control at all. Wife and friends have had similar experiences and won't use again.

I ordered a 38.5 RV flat shoes but they sent me a size 37.5. Obviously, I have to return it. The hassle of going through it really fazed me. On top of that, they charged me $25 for the returns, something that’s not even my fault! After returning the wrong sized pair of shoes, I ordered again my size 38.5. Lo and behold, the price was not the same anymore. It was more than the price that they posted a couple of weeks back. I found it so disconcerting. Very disappointing! I totally felt it was a highway robbery. To make matters worse, their customer service representative wasn’t for the position they represent. They’re just like people without feelings. I wonder why they’re called “customer representatives”.

WARNING WARNING , WORST LUXURY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!!! IF U LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM CETTIRE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT GIVE U THE PRODUCT AND THEN BLAME IT ON FRUD PROTECTION TO WHY THEY HAVE NOT SHIPPED WHAT U ORDERED & HAPPENED TWICE WITH THE SAME TWO ITEMS BECAUSE I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR A REFUND AND THEN RE ORDERED . CUSTOMERS SERVICE IS RAN BY A BUNCH OF RUDE CLOWNS THAT ARE ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AND THEY WILL IGNORE U WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE EVEN WHEN THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY IN POSSESSION & ISSUE/PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED . THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL .. Chelsea ( the worst ) , Heather , Joanna should not be working for customers service for a “ high end “ resale company when they can’t provide decent customer service to people who are spending hundreds & thousands of dollars . They need to be let go or retrained . I WOULD NEVER SPEND MY MONEY HERE EVER AGAIN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order on 3/3/2024 for Balenciaga Shoes The order was not yet shipped and I was charged in full They sent me pictures displaying some defects in the shoes I requested additional pictures displaying the whole shoe Customer service does not respond and my order is still not shipped I started a dispute for the charge They lost a consistent and old client

Ordered an item on February 22 for over $400 and they never shipped anything and refuse to refund me. They keep giving me excuses and are completely unprofessional in order fulfillment and customer service is non existent. This is more like dealing with an unreliable random seller on eBay marketplace than an actual company.

Very horrified by my experience - I bought a Prada bag $2000+ and package came with no bag in it! Contacted them back and forth and nothing! Scammers, thieves - I will never buy from them again!!! Disgusting!!! Please beware.

I don’t write negative reviews often and I don’t say this lightly. Owning a business, I know how entitled customers can be these days, so you really have to do something extremely messed up to tick me off. Well this is beyond that. We purchased a pair of shoes for a gift (Christmas) and when the gift was opened, the shoes were different size!! As though that was not bad enough, we’ve been dealing with their customer support for nearly 3 months now! The absolute horrible blunt responses you’ll ever hear/read. Will probably end up with no resolution by the signs of it. There shouldn’t be this much time and nerves wasted over hundreds of dollars. STAY AWAY!

If I can help just 1 person losing their hard earned money it will be of some consolation. Bought a high priced skirt with a flaw in the material at the front, it also stank of perfume.I tried to return it and after 3 months of almost generic emails they returned my skirt with no notification.So I emailed them, they said I would not be getting a refund because the tags had been removed.I absolutely DID NOT remove the tags ! This is a LIE. It is something they can say and do which cannot be proved..so be warned ! I now have a skirt which I cannot wear and they have my money SHAME ON THEM !!
