I bought a brand name shoes from Cettire, and even though I returned them and never wore them, I'm still dealing with a $519.44 charge on my credit card. I don't have the shoes, I never wore them, and I'm still being charged $519.44. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I can't reach out to them, and they just keep sending disputes about the charge. My recommendation: do NOT buy from them. They are terrible at returns and are crooks. I will never buy anything from them again; I would prefer to pay a little more than to deal with this company.
