Bad bad bad bad bad!!!!! worst and almost non-existing customer service. Never encountered such a bad service, and they sell luxus item. Go to their instagram and see the complains in the comments for yourself. I am waiting a refund but they are trying to send me the shoes back, but FedEx is helping me and will stop the shipping or i will not accept it. Also luckily i paid with Klarna so they will protect my interest and help me with refund if the keep not answering or refund me. Also see here all the bad reviews. If u wanna buy luxus items go to LuisaViaRoma they are the best.
