I placed an order for a pair of shoes that were listed as in stock. However, six days later, I was informed that the item was no longer available, and they would be issuing a refund. After waiting around three more days, I finally received the refund, but it was not the full amount. When I reached out, they mentioned it was for some kind of shipping fee.
This is completely unacceptable! First, they cancel my order despite it being shown as in stock, and then they fail to refund the full amount, even though the mistake was clearly on their end. Where is the fairness in this? I will definitely not be ordering from them again!
