DO NOT BUY FROM CETTIRE!
I recently purchased a pair of shoes. Unfortunately it is too small. My feet could not even fit into the shoes. I returned the shoes brand new and carefully followed the return policy.
I received an email from Cettire today saying that they will not refund the return of the shoes because the sole has been damaged. They attached photos showing the sole with several heavy scratches. It became clear to me that someone at the company purposely scratched the sole of the shoes to deny a refund. Cettire has no intention of refunding me.
