“I've ordered from Cettire and found it to be a wonderful experience. The designer items purchased were D&G, Cettire, & YSL, and all arrived in their original packaging, in pristine condition. Yes, it does take a little longer for items to ship to the US, but it's totally worth it! My only complaint is I ordered a D&G dress & it it took a month for Cettire to let me know it wasn't available.:( However, they processed my return in less than 24 hrs.”

“Refund denied for no reason!
I ordered a pair of Ganni boots. I couldn't even get them on, they were so small. I immediately packaged and returned them. While they got back to them in their ridiculously narrow return timeframe of 14 days, they denied my refund as they claim the boots were marked. They attached "proof" of this - 5 incredibly low-resolution photos that showed nothing. If the boots were marked, that is how they came as I couldn't even get them on in the first place. They are SCAMMERS, do not buy! I referred them to my bank's fraud department.”

We went to Neiman’s and saw the Givenchy’s Spectre Runners in store. Come to find out they don’t have the size my wife wears. Upon doing a quick search online I came across Cettire. Looked at some reviews, it go decent ratings on Trust Pilot.
I ordered and got my shipping within a week. I was skeptical when I ordered but saw they were shipping from Milan (which brought me to ease). Shoes look just as good as they did in store. Would buy again.”

“I purchased a Givenchy bag and it arrived damaged. I contacted customer service and provided photos of the damages, cracked line in leather, large crease, dented corner, etc. Customer service advised me to return the bag through the website. Once it was shipped it arrived at their facility within 2 days. After 2 weeks I emailed them to get an update and they said it takes 10 business days for them to inspect the item. After a month without an update and still no refund I disputed the charge through my credit card company. All of a sudden they are very responsive. I got an email stating that the return/refund was being denied because they claim the bag was "used".
The bag was damaged upon arrival. The "Do Not Remove" tag was still attached and they even confirmed that through a photo they sent back. They tried to send the bag back to me but I refused the shipment from DHL when it arrived at my door. The next day I got an email stating that they sent the bag back and if I refused the shipment they would charge $150. Where is this mentioned in the policy? NOWHERE!
I'm still dealing with this BS. DO NOT BUY FROM CETTIRE!”
“Company is dishonest. I made a purchase using the 10% discount code they provided as a new shopper. The discount was not deducted from my very large purchase only after the payment refreshed to complete. I immediately emailed them to ask for the adjustment and they refused. I then asked them to just cancel the order (all within 1 hour of making the purchase). They sent it anyway. Now in order to make any return based on their unethical behavior I am being asked to pay $28 + $50 PER item to return them plus shipping. Never again.”
“I placed an order for a pair of shoes that were listed as in stock. However, six days later, I was informed that the item was no longer available, and they would be issuing a refund. After waiting around three more days, I finally received the refund, but it was not the full amount. When I reached out, they mentioned it was for some kind of shipping fee.
This is completely unacceptable! First, they cancel my order despite it being shown as in stock, and then they fail to refund the full amount, even though the mistake was clearly on their end. Where is the fairness in this? I will definitely not be ordering from them again!”

“I bought a brand name shoes from Cettire, and even though I returned them and never wore them, I'm still dealing with a $519.44 charge on my credit card. I don't have the shoes, I never wore them, and I'm still being charged $519.44. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I can't reach out to them, and they just keep sending disputes about the charge. My recommendation: do NOT buy from them. They are terrible at returns and are crooks. I will never buy anything from them again; I would prefer to pay a little more than to deal with this company.”
