“horrible customer service. They send me two different shoes and took extremely long to refund also charged me for the shipping back and responded very late to my emails. For designer purchases this is unacceptable service”
“I ordered a pair of Gucci loafers. The came, I tried them on, they were too big, so I returned them almost immediately. I ordered, from Cettire, a size smaller. Cettire would not refund me the money because they claimed that the shoes had been used or damaged. They sent photos, which are attached. I do not see anything that suggests that these shoes were used or damaged. Now I am stuck with a pair of shoes that do not fit, albeit in perfect condition, that they have charged me $800 for. Despite my emailing them, they remain resolute. I have no recourse.”
“Terrible! It's been 6 days and my order hasn't been shipped, I sent to Cettire 3 emails asking for the order cancellation cause it takes a long time and no customer support is provided and there is no reply!

“I am so infuriated! I purchased an expensive Saint Laurent dress from Cettire and, when it arrived, was not satisfied with the style and quality so I returned it that very day. After waiting more than 30 days, I was told that the item was returned damaged and missing the Do Not Remove (DNR) tag so they would not be refunding me. I never wore the item and removed no tags. I also did not see any damage, so either it came to me originally without the DNR and damaged or they removed the DNR tag and it sustained damage after I returned it. This is obviously a scam so that they don't have to refund my money. Shame on them!”
“Obvious fake- the shoes look wore in and had dirt/dust on the bottom. I don’t recommend, didn’t realize I had to pay a return fee I’m very disappointed”
“I have been Cettire's customer since 2018. I have never had any problems with my orders until my last order this February. I ordered a Gucci hairclip. When I opened the box, I found a white carton Gucci box with a burgundy box inside. The latter had a pink pouch, booklets, a clear bag with tissue paper but no hair clip inside.
I contacted customer service right away. Cettire has no phone number so the only way to contact them was via email. After 12 days of back and fourth emails (they respond within 48 hours) with the same message "we haven't heard back from the team." Today I received a message from a supervisor saying that the team confirmed that the item was shipped to me and I received it with the item inside. The case is closed and they will no longer answer my emails.
Just like that! No investigation, no courtesy replacement. I have made very expensive purchases with them in the past. I guess I should be happy to find out with this less expensive order, how they treat their customers when something goes wrong! They just lost a customer of 7 years! In the meantime, I am initiating a chargeback with Klarna.”
“I recently had a very disappointing experience with Cettire, and I feel compelled to share my frustration. I ordered a product from them, but instead of receiving what I had paid for, they sent me the wrong item. Upon contacting their customer service, I was met with a lack of responsibility and poor communication. Not only did they fail to acknowledge their mistake, but they also refused to offer a refund or send me the correct item.
As an Australian consumer, I know that businesses are required by law to provide products that match their descriptions and to resolve issues when they occur. However, Cettire completely disregarded these rights and violated Australian consumer laws. It's incredibly frustrating when a company doesn’t take responsibility for their errors and leaves the customer with no recourse. I will not be ordering from them again and strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this business.”

I sent it a lot of emails with to get the same result about processing. Like it’s been over 10 business days. I haven’t even gotten a confirmation nothing . Like i either need to get the shirt or a refund cause it doesn’t take a month”
