I ordered a pair of Max Mara pumps from CETIRE and received two mismatched shoes—two different sizes. There was no way I could have worn them. I immediately returned the shoes and explained the issue, only to be told that they found “scuff marks” and would not issue a refund. They sent the shoes back to me, still mismatched, and are refusing to take any responsibility. I did not wear the shoes, as they were unwearable from the start. This experience has been deeply disappointing—both the quality control and customer service have been unacceptable. I would not recommend shopping with CETIRE, especially given how they handle returns and customer concerns.
