Placed order on 5/29/25, I sent them an email after a few days checking for status, no response. Took them a week to send me an email and yet rep couldn’t answer what the hold up was on my order, took 4 reps and still couldn’t figure out why my order is still in process after 12 days. Finally after 15 days rep emailed me stating item is no longer available, I just checked their website and item is still available but price is higher than what I paid which I find very ridiculous for them to say it’s out of stock and let me wait for 15 days to wait for nothing. Rep who emailed didn’t even bother to offer me similar items that match what I paid. Shoppers beware and shop somewhere else, Cettire is not worth the aggravation.
