Absolutely terrible experience. I received defective shoes and had to go through dozens of emails just to return them — and they still refused to refund me properly. Return costs €25 even when it’s their fault! Weeks later, no shoes, no refund, and they’re even trying to send the package back to me. Avoid this webshop at all costs.
