Ordered two of the same item for size so needed to return one. No returns paperwork in parcel so I emailed CS to start return. No response. Chased them. They responded 2 weeks later saying the had responded to original message (they hadn't) and I'm now passed the 14 day return window so not allowed to return the spare item.
I'll never shop with them again.
