Return option ended before 14 days - no answer from costumerservice
The policy says "You may return the goods to us 14 days after receipt. I received the order on 8/3/23. I've been trying for 3 days to return it until today, 8/17/23 (still in Ruhe 14days) - unfortunately without success. I don't get an answer either
