I made an order on the 26th June and until now 7th July the item is still processing . Ive enquired multiple times through there app but as yet I have had zero response. Tried to email them direct and again zero response. I therefore have no idea of the status of my order or when or if I will receive it. Their customer service is a shambles and non excitant. I have never experience anything like it. If I request to cancel or refund they will charge a fee and I am not sure if I will even get refunded. I would urge people not to shop here as this looks like a Scam.
