They did not refund returned items (more than $2k), sent the wrong items, and refused to process the refund. The customer service is horrendous.
They refused to accept a return of a new item, claiming it was “used.” They are complete scammers, have no phone number, and do not even answer emails when you email them. I have no idea why they are still in business and how they operate. FBI should be investigating them
