I ordered a luxury handbag that was never shipped. I contacted Cettire and requested a full refund since the bag was not shipped within the expected shipping window (per Cettire, 3-7 business days). Cettire responded and said I would have to pay a cancellation fee if I cancel the order. So you fail to hold your end of the bargain by not shipping the item and I owe you a cancellation fee!?!?!? This is insane! Needless to say, I'm having to dispute the transaction with my bank because Cettire will not process my full refund. Sigh.... Save yourself the headache. Please shop elsewhere.
