Never received the product I purchased I ordered a pair of sunglasses and after one week from when I placed the order I still had not received an email notifying me that the sunglasses had shipped. They eventually responded and said there was a delay but they were looking into it. I didn't hear back for almost another week and so I had to email again. Again they told me they were looking into it. This repeated two more times until I had no choice but to cancel and get a refund. I really wanted the sunglasses so it was disappointing to say the least. There was no explanation provided and if I hadn't followed up I may have never heard from them and never received the sunglasses. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM CETTIRE!
