Bought a Chloe purse from them 2 months ago. The stitches came undone at the front of the purse.I Emailed customer service, they made no effort to help, they told me to find a local repair shop and try to have to have it fixed. I spent $1800 for a purse to use for 2 months. I truly question the authenticity of their products. I have multiple Chloes and never had an issue. Will never buy from them again and I would never recommend them.
