My wife purchased a very expensive bag for more the £1000. This was used only twice before the handle broke. Cettire was very slow to respond and then refused any help as they said this was wear and tear and they were not interested. They also said they would no longer reply to my emails. Disgusting customer service and attitude. This is the second time we have had a problem with them.
