The order was received with a confirmation email that it would arrive on the day selected, then customer service said it would be one day late, and then it actually arrived two days late. As a care package, the delivery timeline is imperative. Customer service offered no solutions. This website won't even allow a rating of 4 to be posted. I tried to post a 1 and 2, and it won't post.
