Our P&O cruise was cancelled. P&O have refunded IGLU Cruise, however 47 days later we have not been refunded by IGLU Cruise. I've phoned several times, always on hold with at least 27 in front of me. Today I was on hold in a queue for 3 hours. Very polite and understanding response but other than emailing the finance department there is nothing she could do. Subsequently I will not use IGLU Cruise again.
