With a large number of Cruises booked and paid for via Iglu in the past years, l must admit l was reluctant to book again with Iglu. With all the good will like a box of Wine, and addition OBS etc. now being stopped? So we have decided to try again in the hope we have many more years of success booked cruises. In the hope Iglu will again respect its loyal long term customers, which had give a large number of new recommended cruisers to Iglu as well. I will also advise this is our first of 3 Cruise we have booked to go on in the coming year, which Iglu had of lost of 9 cruise since its lack/lost of customer care treatment we received as your records as customer will show.
