“Kevin was very polite, easy to talk to, and helpful, and made contact with me the time he said he would. He checked for alternative flights closer to our home, which there was, at a competitive price. Excellent.”

“My travel consult Mark was professional, polite, patient and went over and above to ensure any queries i had were dealt with and he would respond to any emails in a timely manner and was a joy to speak to. “We rang for a last minute cruise that was almost sold out for the cabins we could afford. The decision process and all the things we needed to do were either completed or fully explained with just the one easy call to Bethany Ellis. “My friends have always booked their P&O cruise holidays through IgluCruise, so based on their recommendation I have just done the same. I tried to do this online but had a query so made a call. Certainly glad I did. I spoke to Liam, who was so professional in his manner. Knowledgeable & very helpful. He listened to my concerns & requirements. I was also very pleased with the advice he gave me. I am very happy with my booking. This was a faultless service.”
