“I have boked a few times with IGlU. I have done this both entirely online and also talking to one of the reps. I find them a no nonesense organisation, plain explanatons with great value for money. I have given 4 stars mainly because links with the actual cruise company is rther clunky.”

“The dealing with Geoff Grant was very good but when you asked me to phone you I did 8 times and was immediately met with music. It was very frustrating and left me wondering whether we should continue. Also when you said you would ring you did not”

“Very good service from the majority of the customer service agents. Very helpful and willing to help with the many questions we had about NZ and Australia(as this is the biggest ever holiday for us). Just one person was extremely unhelpful but the 3 ladies were brilliant and extremely patient!”

“Not needing very much help and wanting to see full availability on line from various cruise companies. Iglu was a good source of information, easy to navigate and in the end the price was better than booking direct. This is my second time using Iglu and am very happy.”
