“Telephone booking was excellent Calling back for some extra details was very waiting time and not satisfactory overall customer service was good Was getting all the details on my email was helpful”

“Very impressed with your holiday choices you gave me and I have been on many of them. The reason I give you four stars is that it is very hard to get a hold of somebody once you’ve booked your holiday and you have a small query the only way is to email you and wait two or three days.”

“Antarctic cruise was very good, as were hotels and transfers except for last pick up in Santiago which did not happen, company didn’t answer calls and so we had to pay privately which we were not expecting, so that was disappointing and obviously meant we paid twice for this service! Japan cruise next year was booked on board ship but no contact from Iglu re this, so I had to instigate contact to confirm booking, which was responded to and confirmed but no further contact since. Would be nice to have contact to enquire if we need anything further e.g. flights/hotels”

“The booking process was excellent. Everything on the cruise ran really smoothly, hotel stay, pick ups, drop offs and additional trip. The only thing that stops it being 5 star is the fact I requested the possibility of a direct flight and that we were prepared to pay extra for it and was told it wasn't possible. However we met a couple on the same package as us in Tokyo and they told us they had been offered a direct flight.”

“It took some time to get connected (so put at 4* as online chats are usually quicker took around 45 mins), but once connected with Lauren the service was quick and they helped sort my query efficiently :) very happy. They were also very polite over the communication.”

“We find IgluCruise good at fulfilling our cruise requirements. Sadly once booking is made other than to request final payment very little is heard from them. Example being when shareholders obc is applied Iglu never forward an amended booking detail with the additional credit advice which they receive from P&O.”
