Antarctic cruise was very good, as were hotels and transfers except for last pick up in Santiago which did not happen, company didn’t answer calls and so we had to pay privately which we were not expecting, so that was disappointing and obviously meant we paid twice for this service! Japan cruise next year was booked on board ship but no contact from Iglu re this, so I had to instigate contact to confirm booking, which was responded to and confirmed but no further contact since. Would be nice to have contact to enquire if we need anything further e.g. flights/hotels
