Waited seven weeks to get a return phone call, having contacted company seven times asking for our original agent to return the promised phone call. Only after fortunately speaking to Stevie on my seventh attempt, who was excellent, did this happen. Terrible customer service otherwise!

I cannot thank Benito Gabriel enough for helping me recover my investment worth about €125650 from a scam broker. I was devastated after realizing I had been scammed and thought I would never see my money again. Really good customer service when phoning them to make a booking - in particular Seb was a star However it goes downhill once you’ve paid in full for your cruises. Ugly do NOT pass on the payment to the cruise line promptly (an average of 8 weeks later) and so when you go to book reservations on your cruise , you can’t until Iglu pass on the payment, thereby losing out on making the reservations you wabt

We had asked for a refund and promised an answer within a week and are still waiting. We rang and waited 45 minutes for someone called Richard to tell us that his colleague who was sick was dealing with our issue and he made no attempt to help himself or reassure us that the issue would be dealt with, he was so negative and left us feeling very demoralised- I would not book through Iglu ever again because of their poor customer care

It’s almost impossible to talk to a human being to easily sort out any questions about your booking. They rely on an anti customer system and this can delay sorting out what would have been a simple problem but because of this, it’s become more difficult to resolve.

I was pleased that when I had a problem with a transfer you dealt with it even though you were not very prompt and I sent about 3 emails about it! However since returning having booked a further cruise I asked if you would be able to source flights for us next time and I haven't heard a thing from you since! All in all it would appear you are not that bothered and I will find another source for our flights in 2026!

Thank you for your review, we are sorry for any frustrations caused by the lack of flight assistance. Please be advised that flights are only available within 12 months of departure. Therefore there are no currently available flights that we can assist with for your 2026 holiday. Your request has been passed to our Out of Date Range team and when flights become available closer to departure, we can look at arranging suitable options for you. regards Iglu

you are very helpful booking great service, but after care service is poor to none existent , but then again once most venues have got your money its the same ,its seems its all about the sale. after sales needs major improving please.. ps some of us really do need to talk via phone and that service is very poor average wait time 3/4 to an 1hr wait . live chat ok if your 16, if your 80 with 1 finger night mare. regards John

Your new telephone systems are almost impenetrable. If you don't already have a contact name and extension number you are at the mercy of incompetent people who don't call back - if you do manage to get get through in the first place
