Really good customer service when phoning them to make a booking - in particular Seb was a star
However it goes downhill once you’ve paid in full for your cruises. Ugly do NOT pass on the payment to the cruise line promptly (an average of 8 weeks later) and so when you go to book reservations on your cruise , you can’t until Iglu pass on the payment, thereby losing out on making the reservations you wabt
