you are very helpful booking great service,
but after care service is poor to none existent , but then again once most venues have got your money its the same ,its seems its all about the sale.
after sales needs major improving please..
ps some of us really do need to talk via phone and that service is very poor average wait time 3/4 to an 1hr wait . live chat ok if your 16, if your 80 with 1 finger night mare.
