Igloo cruise are very easy to contact prior to booking a cruise but difficult to get hold of for queries subsequent to booking

Have to wait a long time on the phone for customer service. Iglu ask for full payment weeks before you would have to pay the travel company.

ordering the cruise was easy paying the deposit was easy show the full amount was good telling me the sum had to be paid by febuary was alright but their was nothing telling me how to pay by full amount or in instalments the latter prefured sorry for the spelling

I've found with Cruise holidays, Iglu and other companies i.e P&O are very contactable at the point of booking, but when you have to select the "i have a holiday booked" option, call wait times increase, requested information takes a lot longer to reach you etc. Other than this i generally find the staff very friendly and keen to help.

We have booked many cruises with you, this booking was a disapointment , confusion over booking , flights with easy jet could not be changed with out full cost off new flight.

Very nice people, and spoke to 3 different people, which although disjointed worked OK. No one I spoke to though had first hand knowledge of my cruise or the company Ceylestal which was surprising and a bit disappointing. Overall a great deal though but remember prices are live. Mine went up during the booking process. Lastly be aware although I paid the full amount up front your air tickets not live until nearer the trip, so you can't book seats, which again is frustrating. The agent didn't know how much it would be extra to book seats which again not impressive. EUROS 84 EACH I FOUND OUT WITH QATAR!

It took over 1 hour and 15 minutes for a representative to answer. I only stayed on because I wanted a upgrade, if not I would of hung up after 15 minutes. Due to this I may not use your services again.

Everything was great whilst I was looking into booking but now I’ve booked I cannot get any answer to a query regarding something that you’ve omitted to request from MSC, in my booking. I’ve tried leaving a voice message, called numerous times, web chat and email.

Good price but I did have to point out that the price she quoted was higher than the new online price. I also felt a little ignored and hurried when I mentioned problems 3 out of 4 on the booking could have problems with mobility. I was just told well you can't go if you need help as no emergency chairs were left. Plus I couldn't take a wheelchair. I was trying to say I wouldn't need it around the ship but wanted it for when I got off the ship so I could see more of the sights. We booked anyway as we wanted this cruise.

I had booked cruises with Iglu in the past, every time was a pleasant experience. Last Monday 22/7/2024 morning, I rang and Ian who received my call was very helpful at the beginning. As usual, I’ve asked a few questions, and he answered swiftly. When I ask if he knows my room number, he said it’s a pot luck, however, in my previous Princess curise March 2024, the sales person was able to tell the details right away, not only information, he also found us 2 balcony rooms which were next door. To be honest, I understand that sometimes it wasn’t possible to locate which straight away, this is not an issue. My point is, immediately after I made my payment, Ian was rushing to hand up and finish. I felt a bit disappointed.

Helpful and friendly when booking. However found it difficult to contact anyone when nearer the cruise date and we couldn't access boarding passes. Kept on hold for so long then cut off and online chat not informative at all. I eventually made two separate phone calls to local Tui branches and got help and advice from them, even though booking was not made via them. Was a worrying few days.

Started off well, but gradually became very difficult. Email addresses not linked to the correct person so my daughter missed a lot of correspondence. No follow up to check if things were OK. Just left to our own devices. Sorry.

I am not very impressed. We have been on a few cruises with another company and never any issues . I have had at least 2 issues with ye. One bring you cancelled my booking . I had to rebook and it cost me more money and u was told I had 700 pounds paid if my balance Snd now my account which is due in august is not the correct amount and I have sent 2 emails and no one replied. Do maybe you can now

The cruise consultant would dealt with the original booking was fine. However, this is a tailor made holiday. We wanted to change duration prior to start of cruise. Also to change standard of hotel in Singapore at the end. This became a major task! Sitting in endless queues starting in queue position 58 !!! This is not the way you should treat booked clients. Improvement is required.

I want to have all information sent to me ( luggage lables boarding ship and anything I need but it seems I have to do that my self not happy. We have been with you before and we had excellent service

Prices on the ship was expensive, charged 18percent on everything they brought you if you did not pay for their drinks package of 60 Dollers per person per day . Package was not worth 60 Dollers a day as we were off the ship most days at 7am until 6pm so would not used the package .
