I had booked cruises with Iglu in the past, every time was a pleasant experience.
Last Monday 22/7/2024 morning, I rang and
Ian who received my call was very helpful at the beginning. As usual, I’ve asked a few questions, and he answered swiftly. When I ask if he knows my room number, he said it’s a pot luck, however, in my previous Princess curise March 2024, the sales person was able to tell the details right away, not only information, he also found us 2 balcony rooms which were next door.
To be honest, I understand that sometimes it wasn’t possible to locate which straight away, this is not an issue.
My point is, immediately after I made my payment, Ian was rushing to hand up and finish.
I felt a bit disappointed.
