The problem with IgluCruise is that before you make a booking the representatives are very helpful and available. However once a booking is made and a deposit paid, it is very difficult to contact anyone, especially the person who dealt with your booking. Unfortunately I have been passed from person to person trying to get answers to questions. This being the case, I will not use IgluCruise again.

On planning my cruise I phoned several times speaking to different people I thought your customer care was very good. There was so many questions to ask Especially as I booked 6 cabins and it was a special family holiday. My husband and myself have been on many cruises but my family have not been on ant. However after I booked and paid my deposit. That was it . I phoned many many times and could not speak to anybody. I kept getting cut ofF. The live questions was not good. They could not answer me. Finally I gave up. It was like once you booked and paid your holiday , nobody wanted to speak to you.

It's very easy to speak to Iglu if you wish to book a cruise but once it's booked you cannot get to speak to an advisor to answer a query. Any problems have to be dealt with via the internet. We are elderly and need that human element.

We have always booked our many cruises through Iglu, with mostly very good results. But, the last cruise we booked, recently left us quite confused. I received an email, showing we had two cabins, for x two sets of couples!! A little worrying for a short time, I could not phone, until next day.

I contacted customer support via the online service.. no answer . I managed to get through on the phone to customer service via the sales team phone number and was told over 10 days ago that they would phone me the following day! And still I wait. Very poor customer service department they are extremely hard to track down and sometimes it’s just a simple question and answer.

I have used Iglu for years booking cruises for my husband and I. There has definitely been a downturn in customer service since before the pandemic. The length of time to talk to someone has increased and if you get cut off it is difficult to get back to that person.

We have been booking cruise holidays through Iglu/Planet for a number of years in most cases when we eventually get to speak to an agent we are listened to, all our requirements are dealt with BUT the biggest problem is getting in touch either to make an intial booking or to enquire or make adjustments to a trip. I am aware that you like most companies prefer everything to be done on line. If I can`t deal with an agent in person I may just as well book direct with a cruise line, airline or hotel direct. What is the problem ? When calling I can be told I`m 18th in the que,then staying on the call for up to an hour, on more than one ocasion the line drops off ! Exteemely frustrating when trying to spnd a large amount of money with a travel operator.

Contacted iglu through email asking for them to contact us in conection to a cruise we were interested in. Within an hour we got a call. We booked a cruise and paid a deposit. Later that day we realised there was a cruise that better suited us. We tried to contact the person that booked it, no reply.we emailed- no reply, we phoned a couple of times - no reply. Very frustrating. Eventually we sent an email to the customer support and they helped us change the cruise albeit cost us £252 which we thought was quite expensive.

I find it difficult to contact staff for assistance, and currently your website is bowing out holiday is cancelled. I would appreciate a contact call when you get a chance.

Had to cancel tui cruise with Iglu.com on 1st March due to illness and advice by GP . Refund was in progress from then.1st March 2024. on 18 th April still no refund . They have advised me the refund is in my bank account .this is not correct . Lies ! I have contacted Iglu on multiple occassions to ask when the pitance of refund wll be paid into my bank account . Customer service deplorable not effiicient. Dont book with them

I am having problems with Iglu regarding a new invoice to let you understand 2 years ago booked a cruise with Royal Carribean on the Anthem of the seas due to Covid it was cancelled both times so now we are going in Sep 2022. At the beginning of the year unknown to my husband and I our booking had been cancelled after further investigation it turned out it was someone in Miami that cancelled our booking Royal Carribean phoned myself and offered us another cabin smaller I might add still with the balcony so they were going to phone Iglu to let them know we had been relocated in another cabin etc etc. Now we are waiting on our new invoice and this has been going on since Feb everytime I speak to someone it’s the same old story waiting on RC sending the invoice to them minus cancellation charges I spoke to RC and they have sent on the invoice to Iglu and hjven them 30 days to pass it on to us it is now went over the 30 days and still waiting. I have sent numerous emails and it takes them ages to reply back they are the worst travel agent I have ever dealt with
