Contacted iglu through email asking for them to contact us in conection to a cruise we were interested in. Within an hour we got a call.
We booked a cruise and paid a deposit. Later that day we realised there was a cruise that better suited us. We tried to contact the person that booked it, no reply.we emailed- no reply, we phoned a couple of times - no reply. Very frustrating.
Eventually we sent an email to the customer support and they helped us change the cruise albeit cost us £252 which we thought was quite expensive.
