On planning my cruise I phoned several times speaking to different people I thought your customer care was very good. There was so many questions to ask Especially as I booked 6 cabins and it was a special family holiday. My husband and myself have been on many cruises but my family have not been on ant. However after I booked and paid my deposit. That was it . I phoned many many times and could not speak to anybody. I kept getting cut ofF. The live questions was not good. They could not answer me. Finally I gave up. It was like once you booked and paid your holiday , nobody wanted to speak to you.
