The cruise consultant would dealt with the original booking was fine.
However, this is a tailor made holiday. We wanted to change duration prior to start of cruise. Also to change standard of hotel in Singapore at the end.
This became a major task! Sitting in endless queues starting in queue position 58 !!! This is not the way you should treat booked clients. Improvement is required.
