Helpful and friendly when booking. However found it difficult to contact anyone when nearer the cruise date and we couldn't access boarding passes. Kept on hold for so long then cut off and online chat not informative at all. I eventually made two separate phone calls to local Tui branches and got help and advice from them, even though booking was not made via them. Was a worrying few days.
