The booking process was excellent. Everything on the cruise ran really smoothly, hotel stay, pick ups, drop offs and additional trip.
The only thing that stops it being 5 star is the fact I requested the possibility of a direct flight and that we were prepared to pay extra for it and was told it wasn't possible. However we met a couple on the same package as us in Tokyo and they told us they had been offered a direct flight.
