“Our initial contact to change cruise after Celebrity had cancelled our sailing was poor as agent didn't really know what was going on and slightly defensive(even though we had been contacted by Celebrity explaining our protected price and onboard credit apology)Once everybody was on the same page our new agent Terri was extremely helpful and quickly sorted out our new booking to our satisfaction especially in sorting out extra pre cruise nights in Singapore.”

“Found the website difficult. Took a long time to work it out. In the end I think I understood it. Eventually I had to call and spoke to a very helpful young lady who sorted it all out. Don’t skimp on your human agents. They are worth their weight in gold.”

“The cruise agent was very helpful and we got a good price for the cruise. The only negative was that I had to chase up sorting out our cabins”

“Sometimes difficult to get the phone answered. Apart from that good to very good service. Although if I want a specific cabin I do have to check availability on cruise site first as you do not make it easy to find specific cabin numbers”
