Our initial contact to change cruise after Celebrity had cancelled our sailing was poor as agent didn't really know what was going on and slightly defensive(even though we had been contacted by Celebrity explaining our protected price and onboard credit apology)Once everybody was on the same page our new agent Terri was extremely helpful and quickly sorted out our new booking to our satisfaction especially in sorting out extra pre cruise nights in Singapore.
