Once they’ve sold you the cruise they are not interested. They do not monitor e-mails. The wait time on telephone calls are up to 45 minutes. And if you’re lucky enough to get through you get pushed from one department to another. I even tried their live chat line, I was 17th in line. Disgraceful !
Don’t book with them.
