These people are lairs . They take your money give you no help with the details of your cruise . They offer a better cabin which turns out not to be and charge you more money. When you have a complaint two weeks before you sail , they will give you the run around right up to the day beford your cruise and then refuse to do anything about it.
THEY ARE A DISGRACE AND SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO TRADE
