Booked over ten cruises with iglu and value for money they are very good. However when you issues like getting tickets and boarding cards they never answer emails and there customer care is disgusting. On further investigation they never pay the cruise lines until the last minute hence causing the delay in obtaining tickets. We have to pay iglu weeks before the cruise so there is no excuse for them in not paying the cruise company. SO PLEASE BEWARE this usually occurs before a company goes into administration especially as they ignore emails etc.
