Non existent customer service. Don't book with them. The booking process is great and nice and easy, but once they have your £ they don't care. A cruise booked in 2022 with an agreement of direct, long haul flights has now been changed to indirect flights and the loss of a day at our final destination. Our hotels have also been downgraded, we can accommodate that, but the flight changes are disgusting. They don't respond to queries on the customer portal, so you're left with no alternative but 2 hours on the phone. AVOID
