Booking was simple. But when it came. To paying the balance we were given two different prices. So we emailed, filled in customer contact forms and were completely ignored except to get another email telling Us we will Be charged extra if payment was Late. We phoned and were on the pone for over two hours waiting to get to Position from 1 from position 11.
Will never book with them again. This is after over 20years of using them the situation is still unresolved.
