I was unsure when browsing as I hadn't used a cruise agent before. I normally book direct with cruise company, but I was looking for add ons before and after the cruise. I spotted something that I thought would be ideal for my wife and I on the IgluCruise website. From my first contact, IgluCruise were amazing. Matt the agent I was in contact with couldn't have been more helpful and really put my mind at ease. The hotels were perfect for what we wanted and the transfers were always on time, if not early.
