I booked a cruise on line and paid in full but received no confirmation due to ny cabin not being available ( due to the cruise line not updating availability). Natacha identified the problem and quickly made the booking for me and arranged the financial difference. She was extremely pleasant, courteous and a pleasure to deal with.
