Although my experience wasn't the best with your customer services team, after Jasmine took over the request/query everything was dealt with very quickly and professionally. Jasmine has gone above and beyond sorting things out for us and she is a credit to Iglu.
Some of your other members of staff clearly need to go on more customer services training immediately.
