Great deal secured for a cruise around the Persian Gulf. Staff are responsive to any questions asked and responded promptly. Booking process was easy.
The only negative points are. 1) I initially requested contact via email only, had a quote as expected then a call within 10 minutes, then another 3 calls over the next week (almost put us off booking with them). 2) The "My Booking" portal is a bit clunky and not very user friendly. Just being picky.......
Overall a great experience, will definitely use Iglu again. Well done Gill, Daisy and Brandon.
