We needed to change our cruise because my soon to be husband now needs to use a mobility scooter and our cruise booking didn’t allow us to add mobility assistance due to no accessible cabins etc. Flora assisted us in re booking the cruise which wasn’t easy as she can’t access the P&O system at the point of enquiry. This necessitated me sending alternative cruises for her to check for accessible cabins and then her contacting me when we found one and so on. This is to be our honeymoon so it was quite stressful, but it’s done ! Thank you Flora
